1. How can we start an Aicode STEM Club at our school?

Click Enquire for Your School and complete the form with your year groups, preferred day, approximate student numbers and areas of interest. We offer coding, robotics and drone programs for different year groups and experience levels. Many are suitable for beginners. We’ll help you select a program that matches your students’ needs, with additional challenges where appropriate.We’ll also provide a proposal outlining delivery arrangements, fees and next steps.

2. How long does each session run, and what does our school need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Our school clubs typically run as an 8-week course, with one session of approximately one hour each week during the school term.Many programs offer two terms of progressive learning. We’ll discuss a suitable starting arrangement and confirm session dates to fit your school calendar.Schools usually provide a suitable classroom or indoor activity space, tables, chairs and access to power. Some programs also require internet access and student devices. We’ll confirm all requirements before the program begins.

3. Who provides the equipment and teaches the sessions?

Aicode provides the specialist robotics or drone equipment and instructors to deliver the activities. Device requirements vary by program. We’ll also agree on school staff involvement, student handover and supervision arrangements before starting.

4. Is there a minimum or maximum number of students?

Accepted Answer

Class sizes depend on the program, students’ ages, equipment and staffing. Our after-school groups typically cater for 8–16 students. We’ll confirm minimum enrolments and capacity in your proposal, including arrangements if enrolments are below the required number.

5. Can we arrange a trial workshop before committing to a regular club?

Accepted Answer

Contact us to discuss an introductory workshop or school incursion. This can give students and staff an opportunity to experience our activities before exploring a regular club. Availability and pricing will be confirmed in your proposal.
