Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy 1. We reserve the right to cancel the program if minimum numbers are not met. If a cancellation is required, families will receive early notice and a full refund (including the platform booking charge). 2. Change of mind cancellations are accepted with at least 7 days’ notice before the event start date. A refund of the program fee will be provided. However, 1.8% booking fees cannot be refunded. 3. Cancellations made 3 days or 72 hours before the program start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total program fee. 4. Cancellations made 1 day or 24 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total program fee. 5. No refund will be provided for cancellations on the day of the event or non-attendance.
