    A Small Drone for Big Dreams

    As the industry's leading educational drone, RoboMaster TT delivers powerful flight performance with a compact footprint, and uses the cutting-edge DJI flight control algorithms to ensure flight safety and stability.

    It also has a 5MP HD camera, which delivers smooth and stable flight images. The newly added ESP32 open-source module and other programmable modules are combined with a diverse programming environment to create a professional drone education platform that is convenient for both teachers and students.

     

    Open source, customizable gameplay

    Built-in ESP32 open source module: The built-in ESP32 chip provides the Arduino and Micro Python open source programming environments, and supports the Arduino, Micro Python, graphical programming, and multiple offline programming methods. It creates an open-source flying hardware platform for students and teachers that makes it convenient for students to learn embedded programming and develop various applications of aerial robots.

     

    Light flickering with the drone for a better visual experience

    Programmable breathing indicator: When using RoboMaster TT with the RGB full-color LED indicator, you can control the light color and flashing frequency through graphical programming, Python, Arduino, and other programming methods. In this way, the programming result is more intuitive, and the flight effect is more impressive.

     

    More innovations displayed on the screen

    Programmable dot-matrix screen: RoboMaster TT has an 8×8 red-and-blue LED dot-matrix screen. You can use the graphical programming, Python, Arduino and other programming methods to display various simple patterns, simple animations, or scrolling characters on the dot-matrix screen. On this basis, the dot-matrix screen provides more possibilities for man-drone interaction.

     

    Distance measurement, obstacle avoidance, and intelligent awareness

    Integrated ToF infrared ranging sensor: RoboMaster TT is integrated with a single-point ToF sensor, with the maximum measurement distance of 1.2 meters. The drone is suitable for a range of applications in various teaching scenarios, and can implement environmental perception and intelligent obstacle avoidance.

     

    • Highly stable dual-band communication

    New 5.8-GHz Wi-Fi module: This module supports 2.4-GHz/5.8-GHz dual-band communication, which greatly improves the stability of the drone connection and enables the drone to better adapt to its environment. The drone can fly smoothly in complex Wi-Fi environments. In the classroom teaching scenario, more drones can be connected simultaneously than before, and the stability of multi-drone formation is enhanced.

    You can request our Return & Refund Service:

    √ Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition.

    √ Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

     

    Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

    × It is requested beyond 14 calendars days of receiving a product.

    × A product sent to DJI for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

    × A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

    × Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

    × Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

    × Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

    × A product is not delivered to DJI within seven 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from DJI.

    × Other circumstances stated in this policy.

    Return & Refund Instructions

    If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within X calendar days of receiving your product(s).

     

    1) Log into your DJI account.

    2) Go to “My Orders”.

    3) Find the order you would like to return and click “Details”.

    4) Click “apply for after-sales” at the right side of the item(s) you would like to return.

     

    We will review your return and refund application within 2 working days.

    Note: Refund processing may be delayed during the event.

     

    Refund Time

    Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

     

    Coupons and DJI Credit Refunds

    After the order has been refunded, the coupons and DJI Credits will be refunded to your account and can be used again within the effective dates.

     

    Bundle deals

    For bundle orders that contain discounted products, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Customers are not permitted to process separate refunds for individual products in a bundle deal.

    Return Shipping

    Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.

    Replacement Policy

    You can request our Replacement Service:

    √ Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects. 
    √ Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

     

    Replacement Service will not be provided where:

    × Service is requested more than 30 calendar days after receiving a product.
    × Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with. 
    × A product sent to DJI for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error. 
    × A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by DJI. 
    × Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
    × Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
    × Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes. 
    × Received product has not been sent back to DJI 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from DJI.
    × Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
    × Other circumstances stated in this policy. 

    Replacement Instructions

    If you would like to replace products, please contact our After-Sales team at www.dji.com/support within 30 calendar days of receiving the products.

    Replacement Freight

    DJI shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

    What to do Before Obtaining After-sales Service

    Before obtaining after-sales service, the following steps must be taken:

    √ Follow the procedures specified by DJI as shown in the “DJI General After-Sales Service Flow” part.

    √ Backup all data contained on your product’s SD card.

    √ Except for flight logs, remove all data, including confidential information, proprietary information and personal information, from the product. Or, if you are unable to remove any such information, modify the information to prevent its access by another party or so that it is not personal data under applicable law. DJI shall not be responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, on a product returned or accessed for warranty service.

    √ Provide DJI with all system passwords, if necessary.

    √ Provide DJI with sufficient and safe access to your product, so DJI can provide service as needed.

    √ Remove all additional parts, alterations, and attachments not covered under warranty.

    √ Ensure that the product or part is free of any legal restrictions that prevent its replacement.

    √ If you are not the owner of a product or part, obtain authorization from the owner for DJI to provide warranty service.
