In January 2026, Aicode Australia successfully delivered its first International STEM Edu-Tourism Program, taking students from Malaysia to China for an immersive experience combining elite drone training, global competition, cultural discovery, and real-world technology inspiration.
What began as the RoboPro Australia WRC Youth Drone Tournament in Perth has grown into a genuine international pathway. Since 2025, teams from WA, NSW, and Malaysia have joined our competition — and this year, the Secondary School Division winners from Malaysia advanced to the World Robot Contest (WRC) Grand Final in Wuxi, China, where they proudly received the Best Team Spirit Award on 9 January.
More Than a Competition — A Learning Journey
This program was designed as more than a tour. Across the week, students trained daily with gold-medal drone coaches, took part in mock competitions, and experienced the standards, pressure, and teamwork required at a world-class international event. Alongside competition, they explored science centres and cultural landmarks in Ningbo and Wuxi, discovering how innovation is shaped by history, culture, and human creativity.
One unforgettable highlight was watching a large-scale drone light show. Seeing hundreds of drones move in perfect synchronisation helped students connect their learning — coding, precision control, teamwork, and creativity — to real industries such as entertainment technology, smart cities, and large-scale public events.
A New Global Pathway for Young Innovators
This journey marked two important milestones:
A complete pathway from a local youth competition to the global stage
The official launch of Aicode Australia’s International STEM Edu-Tourism Program
Looking ahead, we will continue to deliver international programs focused on STEM learning, advanced technologies, drones, cultural exchange, and global exposure — even beyond competition settings.
The world is their classroom.
And this is just the beginning.
