Service Description
This 3-day holiday program gives Years 3–6 students a fun introduction to 3D modelling, 3D printing, coding, and robotics. Students will design their own 3D model, prepare it for printing, explore robot control and programming, and finish the program with a showcase of their creative projects and robotics challenges. What Students Will Do Day 1 – Discover 3D Modelling Students will learn how to use CAD software, explore basic 3D shapes, and combine them to create simple objects. They will practise moving, resizing, rotating, duplicating, and colouring 3D objects. Day 2 – Design for 3D Printing Students will improve their designs by learning about size, scale, stability, wall thickness, and printability. They will check whether their models are suitable for 3D printing, make design improvements, and prepare their final take-home project for printing. Day 3 – Robotics & Coding Challenge Students will explore how robots are used in real life, then control and program robots to complete fun challenges. By the end of the program, students will: -Understand the basics of 3D modelling and CAD design -Create their own 3D model project to take home -Learn how 3D printing works and what makes a design printable -Build confidence in problem-solving, creativity, and design thinking -Explore robotics through hands-on driving and coding activities -Practise key coding concepts such as sequence, loops, events, and conditions -Develop teamwork, logical thinking, and presentation skills through a final showcase Event Details: Date: 8 -10 Jul 2026 (Wed to Friday) Time: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: Ground Floor, 3-5 Bennett St, East Perth Cost: $435 (3 days, all materials provided) Age Group: 8 - 12 years (Y3 - Y6) Beginner Friendly Minimum No.: 16 students Please bring: -Laptop - Recess & lunch (Please keep your lunchbox nut-free to keep everyone safe.) - A water bottle. Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy 1. We reserve the right to cancel the program if minimum numbers are not met. If a cancellation is required, families will receive early notice and a full refund (including the platform booking charge). 2. Change of mind cancellations are accepted with at least 14 days’ notice before the event start date. A refund of the program fee will be provided. However, 1.8% booking fees cannot be refunded. 3. Cancellations made 7 days or 168 hours before the program start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total program fee. 4. Cancellations made 3 day or 72 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total program fee. 5. No refund will be provided for cancellations on the day of the event or non-attendance.
